Genesis 2:15 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 2:15

God gave Adam a purpose from the beginning — to tend and care for the garden. Work is a gift, not a punishment. God made us to be caretakers of His world.

Memory phrase: God gave us work to do.

Talk about it: What does it mean to take care of something?

Prayer: God, help me take good care of the things You have given me.
