Genesis 4:2 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 4:2

Both brothers had honest work. God values every kind of faithful labour. The difference between them would not be what they did but how they came to God.

Memory phrase: Each one had honest work to do.

Talk about it: Cain and Abel had different jobs. What is a job you like to help with?

Prayer: God, help me do my work with care and a happy heart.
