Genesis 4:5

Genesis 4:5

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

Anger and a fallen face are outward signs of an inward problem — Cain's issue was not his job but the posture of his heart toward God. Anger at God's judgment reveals where our trust truly lies.

Memory phrase: Cain's anger showed in his face.

Talk about it: Have you ever been upset when something was not fair? What did you do with that feeling?

Prayer: God, when I feel angry, help me talk to You instead of letting the anger grow.
