Genesis 6:15 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 6:15

God's instructions were precise and practical. The ark's dimensions (approximately 450 x 75 x 45 feet) describe a massive, seaworthy vessel — not a small boat. God equipped Noah with exactly what was needed.

Memory phrase: God gives us exactly what we need.

Talk about it: Why do you think God gave Noah such detailed instructions instead of just saying 'build a boat'?

Prayer: God, thank You that You always give me everything I need to do what You ask.
