Genesis 7:9 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 7:9

The repeated phrase 'as God had commanded Noah' underscores that this was God's doing, carried out through Noah's faithfulness. When God commands, creation responds — even the animals came.

Memory phrase: Two by two, just as God said.

Talk about it: What does it mean when things happen 'just as God said'?

Prayer: God, Your words always come true. Help me trust them.
