Genesis 7:11

Genesis 7:11

The flood is described as a historical event with a precise date. Two water sources: the 'fountains of the great deep' (underground) and the 'windows of heaven' (rain). The scope was total — the whole created order of water broke loose.

Memory phrase: The flood came from everywhere.

Talk about it: Can you imagine water coming from underground AND from the sky at the same time? What would that look like?

Prayer: God, You are more powerful than anything. I know You are always in control.
