Genesis 8:4

The ark 'rested' — the Hebrew word is the same root as Noah's name (nuach, rest). Noah found rest, and now the ark rests. There is something deeply purposeful about this: God's deliverance always leads to rest.

Memory phrase: God brings us to a place of rest.

Talk about it: After months of floating, imagine how it felt when the ark stopped moving. What does rest feel like?

Prayer: God, thank You for bringing me to places of rest and safety.
