Genesis 9:11

The covenant is stated explicitly and doubly — 'never again' appears twice. This is God's unconditional, unilateral promise. It is not conditional on human behavior. God commits Himself regardless of what people do.

Prayer: God, thank You that Your promises are certain and cannot be broken.
