Bible Commentary

Genesis 10:5

God's design for human diversity is affirmed: different languages, families, and nations each have dignity and purpose. Human diversity is not a problem to be fixed — it is God's creative design.

Memory phrase: God designed every language and people.

Talk about it: How many different languages do you think are spoken in the world? Why do you think God made so many?

Prayer: God, I love that You made so many different kinds of people. Help me love the differences You created.
