Ophir's gold is mentioned multiple times in the Old Testament as the finest gold available — used in Solomon's temple. From a name in a genealogy to gold in God's house — the connections across Scripture are remarkable.
Memory phrase: God connects every corner of the world to His story.
Talk about it: Did you know that the gold in Solomon's temple may have come from Joktan's son Ophir? How does God connect things?
Prayer: God, You used gold from faraway Ophir to build Your temple. You use everything and everyone for Your glory!
