Sloth creates its own obstacles. The lazy person finds difficulty everywhere — but often because they have not put in the work to clear the way. The righteous person — who works diligently and walks in God's ways — finds their path made level and clear. Faithfulness removes obstacles.
Memory phrase: Hard work clears the way.
Talk about it: What happens when we are lazy about important things?
Prayer: God, help me work hard and trust You.
