God's sovereignty is total — even the wicked, in their rebellion, are not outside His ultimate purposes. The 'day of evil' for the wicked is not an accident but a scheduled reckoning. This is a sobering but steadying truth: history is not random; God holds all of it.
Memory phrase: God rules all things.
Talk about it: Is there anything that surprises God or is outside His plan?
Prayer: God, You are in control of everything.
