Even good friendships can be worn thin by overexposure. Wisdom in relationships includes knowing when to come and when to stay away. The person who values a friendship protects it by not being a burden through constant presence.

Memory phrase: Value friends. Give them space.

Talk about it: How can you show a friend you value them by giving them space sometimes?

Prayer: God, help me be a friend who is welcome, not a burden.
