Psalms 139:8

Heaven (the highest) and Sheol (the deepest) represent the absolute extremes of the universe. God fills both completely. There is no height or depth where He is absent.

Memory phrase: Up or down — God is there!

Talk about it: What is the highest place you can think of? The deepest? Is God there?

Prayer: Lord, I am so glad there is no place in the whole universe where You are not. I never have to be alone.
