Psalms 150:4

Dancing is added to the list here — the whole body is invited into praise. The tambourine (timbrel) and dancing together recall Miriam after the Exodus (Exodus 15). Praise is physical, joyful, and embodied.

Memory phrase: Dance and make music for God!

Talk about it: Do you like to dance? Did you know dancing can be a way to praise God?

Prayer: Lord, I praise You with my whole body — my hands, my feet, my voice! All of me is Yours!
