Genesis 1:12

Genesis 1:12

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

Creation obeys its Creator — the earth responds immediately and perfectly to God's word. And God's response is delight: He sees what He made and calls it good. The pattern of command and fulfillment echoes throughout Genesis 1.

Memory phrase: The earth obeyed God.

Talk about it: When you obey quickly, how do you think that makes the person who asked you feel?

Prayer: God, the earth obeyed You right away. Help me listen to You and obey too.
