Genesis 1:24 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 1:24

On the sixth day, God fills the land. The earth is commanded to bring forth life — tame animals, creeping insects, and wild beasts. God's creative word calls forth life from the very ground.

Memory phrase: God made every kind of animal.

Talk about it: What is your favourite land animal? Can you make the sound it makes?

Prayer: God, thank You for dogs and cats and elephants and beetles — all the animals You made on the sixth day.
