Genesis 3:19 | DiscipleDeck

Bible Commentary

Genesis 3:19

God reminded Adam of his creaturely humility — we are made from dust and return to it. This is a serious truth about mortality, but it points us toward our need for a Saviour.

Memory phrase: God made us, and we need Him.

Talk about it: What does it mean that God made us and knows everything about us?

Prayer: God, remind me that You are God and I am not. Help me trust You with my whole life.
