Genesis 4:15

Genesis 4:15

Even in judgment, God shows mercy. The mark was not a brand of shame but a shield of protection — a stunning picture of grace extended even to the worst sinner.

Memory phrase: God shows mercy even to sinners.

Talk about it: God protected Cain even after what Cain did. What does that tell you about how God loves people?

Prayer: God, thank You that You don't stop caring for people even when they do terrible things. Thank You for Your mercy.
