Genesis 9:16

Genesis 9:16

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

The covenant is called 'everlasting' — it has no end date. And God commits to actively looking at the rainbow to reinforce His own promise. This extraordinary commitment shows that God is not passive — He is actively involved in keeping His word.

Memory phrase: God's promise lasts forever.

Talk about it: What does 'everlasting' mean? Can you think of anything else that lasts forever?

Prayer: God, Your promises never end. Thank You for forever.
